I have one rule for each project - when the task is marked complete, move to the completed column. This is the only rule.
Currently, when anyone marks a SUB-task complete, the entire task is moved to the completed column. This is leading to tasks going missing because we aren’t thinking to check the completed column. This is every task in every project. I have both screenshots and video of what is happening.
I’ve started a support ticket marked Urgent but have not heard back. I’ve replied to the original support ticket every day since it was created without receiving a response. I’ve tried to create a new support ticket but it was closed because I currently have an open support ticket.
One thing to check, in the rule edit screen next to the publish rule button there is a icon. Click on this and make sure that “run on subtasks” is turned off.
@Stefan_Kirilov do you mean was the escalation attached to my ticket? I received a reply to my original ticket, but haven’t heard anything since. This was on November 4. I have repeatedly replied to that email with no success. I have screen recordings to show what is happening and how the rule is running without there being any such rule in the project.
Or did you mean you are waiting on support to provide an update to you? Sorry - just trying to clarify! Thank you
