I’ve been thinking about a rule that triggers when a due date is changed, but I’m also thinking about how some rules create a lot of noise in the Inbox. So, what check would I run? Maybe a conditional check to see if the person who created the task is the one who changed the due date, implying it’s okay? Would I do this with AI Studio or simple rules? Do I risk the noise?
Yes, I remember seeing that before, and I have used a couple of things off that post. I’d like to expand on it, check if the person who changed the date was the one who assigned it or the assignee, for example, and if it was the one who assigned it, let them know, likely by posting a comment in the task for them (versus having them show up in a project, though I’m pondering that now too). I’m playing with it to see what I came up with.
@Virginia_Mowery, I’m sure it’s clear to you, but I don’t see a statement about your goal. What problem are you trying to solve? I always like to start there!
