Hi all,
Our team has an event template we use when we need to add new events/projects to our yearly portfolios and since it’s creation, we’ve learned to use Asana better. I went to update the template to include a rule about if a task has a deadline within the next week, we should receive a reminder email, but it appears this rule is only available within the individual projects and not templates. Is this true or am I missing somewhere? It looks like anything that is tied to external apps (gmail, slack, etc.) only populate in the rules in projects.
