It was working perfectly fine the first few tries.
First, when I was happy with the Rule, the SAVE button cant be clicked and grayed, so what I did was to Delete it and generate it again. It worked. but when I changed the same rule I cant click the save again
SO I repeated what I did above. but this time, I cant save it in the first try?! What happened?! the Rule was perfect!
FYI, I used the GPT-5 since its best for complex guidance and it gave great results. BUT I cant PUBLISH IT. If I use any other AI, it publishes fine.
Hi Rachel.
I’m not sure of your specific case, but I know that sometimes, there is a bit of a bug when you need to rework slightly your actions in order to see the “Publish rule” button (remove and add again)
On a related note, it is better to use the native non-AI functionality for this portion of the rule:
This way the rule consumes less credits.
Good practice to keep the rule clean:
- Specify the specific section at the trigger if the rule only fires for one specific branch
- Specify the specific section at the condition(s) if you have multiple branches.

HI Jan, what I wanted to do there is to have the AI follow up Approvals every 1 hour since its in the section. do you have any suggestion on that?
@Rachel_Pahignalo You could use when task is overdue, and then set custom due times to hours:
You’d need a condition for every hour you’d want a reminder.
You might want to keep an eye on the credit consumption.
PS: It’s Jan-Rienk, or JR is also fine. Don’t sweat it though. We Dutch are funny with double names.
