Report by specific Task Names across multiple projects.

Hello!

I am attempting to build a custom report that aggregates multiple projects and delivers which projects have:

  • Which projects have completed a specific task (or tasks) in the last number of X-days
  • Which projects have a specific task (or tasks) upcoming in the next X-days.

I am using Asana to track customer relationship lifecycle and external key meetings and this reporting view is critical to understand customer engagement and my team’s interactions across customers.

While this feature isn’t available at this time, hopefully it’s something our Product team can implement in the future.

Thank you @Rebecca_McGrath is this something that would be available through a download of the data for analysis outside of Asana?

You may want to look at one of the BI integrations. Although this is at an additional cost for those licenses.

Thanks Rebecca, my organization would be interested in this feature. Has there been progress since last January? If not, may I add my request it be considered?
