I am looking to use forms as a ticket system, where our team can submit tickets to our developers.
The goal is have minimal conversation outside of Asana. I want this team to be able to reply to task comments via email, but thats it. I see that you can use collaborators, but this team has the same domain name, which means they will be be part of our subscription. This particular team does not use Asana at its capacity for us to pay for subscriptions. Is there a trick or an integration system I can use to make this work?
