Receive feedback from clients on task execution (Feedback survey)

Hi There

we use Asana with clients and I would like to receive feedback from them on task execution, for example:
Time (rating from 0 to 10)
Communication (rating from 0 to 10)
Execution (rating from 0 to 10)
Satisfaction (rating from 0 to 10)
Is this an already available feature or has it been asked before?

Hi @giampaolo_bonaldi, welcome to the Asana Community Forum!

You can create a Form and add drop down custom fields with numbers from 0 to 10 for each question: Time, Communication, Execution and Satisfaction.

If your clients are not part of your Organization/Workspace in Asana, they can still fill out the form and submit their feedback.

Hi Emily

thank you for your message. Forms are for paying users only, which makes sense, but I guess they do not meet our needs. I’m not looking for feedback on the entire project but on the execution of a specific task inside a project.

I’d say you can invite them as a guest on the task.

With Premium you’d be able to have custom fields.

With the free plan, you could create tags on a public task somewhere, tag all the possibilities (time 0/10, time 1/10…) so that the client would have an autocomplete showing up when they want to tag…

thank you for your reply. It’s a viable workaround but I guess I will look for other options.
