How to streamline how we receive client feedback

Hi!

I work for a design agency and we want to streamline how we receive client feedback. Right now, we get it via email, PDF markup, phone calls, etc.

Is there a way to share a task with an outside client WITHOUT HAVING THEM TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT for them to leave comments on a task? With the Adobe integration, this would be such a wonderful process to streamline that communication.

As it stands, it’s currently not possible to share a task with a client without having them to create an Asana account. As a workaround, you can create a Form in your project and request them to submit feedback through the form. They don’t need to have an Asana account to see and submit the form.

They can create a task using a Form, I can even setup a public view of the project for them to see the list of tasks. But leaving a comment is another matter and that would be quite hard to do (but not impossible) from that public page.
