I would love to see some improvements to the read-only links. For example, if I remove Timeline, it still shows up in the read-only view. Also, neither Gantt nor Notes shows up in read-only even if they are added to the project. The limitations to how many tasks can be viewed can be frustrating, but the real problem is any saved filtering or sorting is not applicable to the ready-only project views. I know guests are not allowed to sort or filter, but a current project admin should be able to set that on their end.

I think this is an issue with Asana’s basic philosophy.
