Not sure when this change happened but we’ve recently noticed a change to what’s viewable when we share a Read-Only link to a project. We used to be able to view tasks, due dates, assignees, custom fields but now we can only view the list of tasks. If the Read Only feature only shows a list of tasks, it doesn’t seem like much a feature to me.
Is anyone else having this issue? We’ve checked that no filters have been applied, that all tasks have due dates and assignees and still… we’re seeing nothin’.
Note that read-only views never have shown custom fields.
I’m not sure why you’re not seeing Assignee and Due date. I recommend:
Try these troubleshooting steps, then please 1) Report your problem by going to Report a Bug, clicking the New Topic button at the right, and following the instructions, or 2) To create a support ticket, go to www.asana.com/support (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”
