how do you manage privacy of payment tasks in asana?
if you need to have a person to create a task to a project but that person would not see all the tasks in that project, only what he / she created
example: IT person needs to create a task to pay computer invoice but that IT should not see any other financial tasks on that project
Hi @ilya_g , you could create a Form within the Asana project so that can be used for all invoice submissions, without giving access to the project to IT, in your example.
Have you tried that?

what I don’t understand if I can create the same flow of statuses in form as in tasks:
new / confirmed / approved / rejected / on hold / etc
The purpose of using a form is to create a standardized input method which will create a task per submission and add that task to your ‘New’ section or status.
The remaining statuses you mention can be setup in the project so that each task can flow through/into them.
