Question about integration with Salesforce

My reading of the Asana-Salesforce integration is that essentially it goes from Salesforce to Asana…something happens in Salesforce and that can trigger a task in Asana, for example.

We have a vendor for a Salesforce native customer reference platform that is telling us that the integration can create a record in Salesforce based off fields in tasks that are created from a form (that they can then pull into their platform). Is this actually possible? I haven’t found any documentation that says that it is.

To my knowledge, this isn’t something that’s possible. Maybe with a third-party integration, you could create those kinds of records, but the Salesforce integration doesn’t have that functionality.
