I’m considering adopting Asana to help manage my projects, and I want to make sure I fully understand the policies regarding guest accounts before moving forward.
Here’s my use case:
- I plan to use two Advanced accounts for myself and a direct collaborator.
- I’ll be working with about 30 external individuals, including freelancers and contractors.
- One external partner will play a more significant role—they manage a team of around 20 people.
Important Context:
- None of these collaborators are my employees, and they don’t have email addresses associated with my domain.
- I want to use Asana to coordinate their work and limit their access to specific tasks or projects.
My Question:
Would this setup comply with Asana’s guest account policy? I want to ensure I follow all the rules and avoid any issues down the road.
