Project viewable on desktop, but not mobile

I use Asana for team projects. I created a private project and invited a freelancer (guest account). It’s a surprise party for our team’s anniversary.

Project was fully accessible for weeks.

I can access the project just fine on desktop, but suddenly it’s no longer accessible on mobile. The project is locked and I’m getting hit with “private projects can no longer be viewed”

What gives?

It could be a bug, but I haven’t heard recent reports like that, so your best bet is: Try these troubleshooting steps, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
