Project members not getting notifications

When entering new tasks to project, project members are no longer getting notifications to either web app inbox or associated email inbox. (this was working a few days ago). verified all push notifications at project level, user level enabled. inbox email notifications set to ‘on’.

To reproduce: on existing project, select new task, save. no notifications received.

Browser version: IE 11

It could just be a case where emails have bounce back because of some security settings on your email.
