When we add tasks in a project, the project members do not receive an email notification. It shows up in their Asana inbox, but not via email. The box is checked to notify members when a new task is added. When I @ mention someone, they get an email notification (in addition to appearing in the Asana box)

This could be a case where emails have bounce back because of some security settings on your email.

Thanks, I contacted support. I can’t see how it’s a setting on the user side, as they get the conversation notifications, and the task added notification when assigned the task. But anyway, thanks for sharing how to get to support, that is really what I had wanted to do, but two of us spend 15+ minutes yesterday to try to figure out how to reach support, with no luck. I am so happy I now know how to do that! And, I’ll add a suggestion to the feature suggestions, that you make it a little clearer how to reach support. Thanks!
