To increase adoption of Asana, I feel we need a goal page where teams can link their projects under a top goal in the company. Similar to portfolio in somehow.
In addition to this, having a page where managers can follow their team’s projects will be great, without having to create a portfolio, it will be great to have team members listed so a manager can check each of his team members and see which projects they are involved with.,
This product feedback is a great example for the goal page Customizable names for "Goals" and "Sub-goals" to fit OKR terminology

It is currently possible to link projects to Goals in Asana! Simply add your projects under the Supporting Work section of the Goal
Regarding the ability to see what projects each user is involved with, while this isn’t available at this time, hopefully it’s something our Product team can implement in the future. I’ll keep you posted and let you know if we have any updates
