I have set all the notification on but on my pc i can’t receive any of them as banners in the corner and in window on the right as i open it.
It seems like the app can’t send any to my pc.
For Asana App:
- Open Settings on your PC (Press
Win + I). - Navigate to System > Notifications & actions.
- Scroll down to find Asana in the list of apps.
- Ensure Notifications are toggled on for Asana.
- Check that Show notifications as banners is enabled.
For Asana Browser - Google chrome:
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications.
- Find Asana under “Allowed to send notifications.”
If browser notifications are enabled but don’t appear on your PC:
- Open Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
- Scroll to the browser you use (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- Ensure notifications are toggled on and banners are enabled.
