I have a problem in ASANA, we have a user in the list of members of the environment that appears as absent, we entered the configuration of the user profile, but this normal and it is not absent. When selected passes the cursor on the user’s photo in the list of environment members the message appears missing. And with this the user does not have access to the environment projects.
