We have removed users from projects, and deprovisioned them from the organization with the intention of re-creating the team and re-adding the users due to some issues with the previous setup. However, we are now unable to add those users, and don’t see anywhere to view list of deprovisioned or deleted users and figure out how to add them again. When we try to add them to a team, either nothing happens, or occasionally there will be a popup saying that Asana cannot add those users and invite us to reach out to customer support. Anyone can help with this ?

Sorry to hear this.
I recall a change in the last couple years but all I can find is the following private announcement of the change which you won’t be able to access, but Ambassadors can, and I include it for @Forum-team to see if they might know of a public announcement or a place in Asana Help to reference.
But I think you should be able to see removed users in the Admin Console > Members tab, and there should be an option there to Restore Removed members as well.
