Dear community,
I don’t know whether this is a bug or whether you have cut the functions in the free version of asana - however, I am facing the problem that I as the person who created the project can see everyone with names and images. However, my project members do not see each other as individuals but only as “private user”. How can we solve this problem since everyone should see who of their teams member is working on which task?

This is an expected behavior and happens when 2 guests are not members of any team or project in common! Have a look at this article for more info and let us know if you have any follow up questions!

thank you very much for your reply. However, all the members are members of the same project and not guests so i still don’t really understand the problem here? Or does it have something to do with the project being a personal project?

Hi @Anika_Nissen, without access to your account, it is hard to tell. When I say Guest, I mean Guest of your Organisation (as in they don’t share your organisation email domain). If you’d like us to investigate further, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team who will be able to take a look into your account. Just make sure to mention which members can’t see each other!
