Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: Dropbox attachments are not showing a preview even though the app is linked to asana
Steps to reproduce:
-
Dropbox app is active in asana
-
I add an image attachment from dropbox to a task using the paperclip icon on said task and choosing “dropbox”
-
The attachment shows up on the task but does not preview the image. It has a note on the attachment that says “Enable previews for Dropbox.”
-
I click the “Enable previews for Dropbox” link
-
A webpage pops up that says “Asana would like access to the files and folders in your Dropbox” and I have the option to Cancel or Allow
-
I hit the allow button, which sends me to this URL: https://app.asana.com/-/dropbox_oauth_callback?code=0uWY-Qp77BAAAAAAAAAmmCjjs7BC0NjYK-eCv1vJ6K8&state=eyJkb21haW4iOiIxMTgzNjc3NTY3MjA1ODMyIiwieHNyZl90b2tlbiI6IjNvNTRycHhiaXdsaXUybGx5MG8zcm9sY3R4cjVxdzJvZ2EifQ%3D%3D
-
On Safari browser, the page is blank. On Chrome browser, the page says Error Not Authorized.
