Previews not working on dropbox attachments

Let us start with troubleshooting the integration so that our team can further investigate the issue.

Please kindly try the steps below:

  1. Once you have logged into your Asana account, navigate to the top right hand corner and click on your Profile Picture.
  2. From the dropdown list, click on ‘My Profile Settings”.
  3. Open the ‘Apps’ tab.
  4. Look for the ‘Dropbox’ line and click on ‘Deauthorize’.

Can you please let me know if you are able to view your Dropbox files after deauthorizing and reauthorizing the application in your Asana?
