We have set up a Design workflow in Asana that allows the Design team to upload assets for feedback and review. A key functionality for this to work is for us to be able to view video (mp4) assets directly in Asana. However, when uploading a dropbox video link, the preview is only working for me (it wasn’t working before)
We’ve gone to support for help but are going round in circles. Critically, I (the account that is working correctly) have this additional ‘app’ in my settings called “Dropbox Previews”. My colleagues do not. When trying to set this up they are met with blank white error screens.
See example of what I can see below. I believe this to be the key to solving this. We need this app enabled for all users. How can we achieve this?
