Trying to migrate to a workspace and followed all instructions so far. I dont have a prompt to Create Workspace under Account>Settings. Ive seen others with the same questions, but no solution to the issue.
Hello, I received the [Action Required]: āPersonal Projectsā space will be discontinued email notification today, but I donāt know how to tell which of my workspaces is the Personal Projects one. The tips and suggestions above say to look for the heading Personal Projects but that does not appear on my dashboard. Screenshot below for reference. Help please!
Hi @Monique24 , in your screenshot, click on Settings and then the Account tab. That should list the different spaces in categories, such as Organizations, Workspaces and Personal Projects.
Your personal projects space should have a yellow banner across it, as shown in this video.
Thanks for the quick reply. I still do not see a Personal Projects workspace there. Could the Personal Projects workspace be renamed before? If so, I might have renamed it and just donāt remember (?). Iām worried that Iāll lose access to any of these current workspaces as I use all of them.

@Monique24 , did you try switching into each one to see if the have the yellow warning ribbon, like in the video.
And are you logging into Asana using the same email address that you received the email?
@Richard_Sather, finally figured it out. I just remembered I had another Asana account with another email address that routes to the same mailbox. I logged in and the notification was for that account. Thanks so much for the assist!

I am trying to verify I have moved from personal projects workspace.
Is it possible there are āpersonal workspacesā that could have be renamed, if so, how can one verify if they are personal workspaces to prevent losing data? Itās a bit stressful to hope everything is done correctly without confirmation before December 15th.
When I create a new workspace, it looks exactly the same as the āpersonal workspaceā I migrated from, so this has me to believe it is also a āpersonal workspaceā with a different name.
The popup warning showed when I logged in, but after closing the window (I thought it was blocking settings) I no longer see the warning on any workspaces, including āpersonal workspaceā.
Please, how can one verify the personal workspace and be sure new workspaces will not be lost.
I forgot to mention. Some workspaces show the settings/profile icon on the top right of the page and others show it on the bottom left. The bottom left seems to be a different layout than I am used to, leading me to believe this is the newest workspace design, but unfortunately most of my workspaces show the top right profile icon.
