How can I tell if my Projects are personal or workspace?
Got this email:
| Hi there,
We’re reaching out to let you know that Asana’s “Personal Projects” space is being discontinued on December 15, 2025. After that date, you will no longer be able to access this space or any data stored there.
To retain your data, we recommend exporting your projects and tasks to a free Asana workspace or moving them into an existing organization. Step-by-step instructions are available in our Help Article. You can continue using Asana at no cost in a free workspace, or choose to upgrade to a paid plan if you need additional features and support.
This change only affects your Personal Projects space and does not impact any other Asana workspaces or organizations you may belong to. To find your “Personal Projects” space, log into your Asana account, click your profile picture, and look for “Personal Projects” in the dropdown.
If you have questions about this change, visit our Community Forum, where our team and community leaders are ready to help.
Thank you for being a valued Asana user. |
