Partial Asana Outage: May 16, 2022 - Asana not loading/saving actions on tasks

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
New tasks and projects can be added but not deleated or changed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add new task

  2. Mark task as done

  3. Reload

  4. Task is undone

  5. Add new project

  6. Go to project settings

  7. Delete project

  8. Reload

  9. Project ist still there

Logged in and out out of Asana, tried different devices

Browser version:

Safari for Mac Version Version 15.4
Google Chrome for Mac Version Version 101.0.4951.64
Asana for Mac Version 1.7.2 (1.7.2)
Safari for iOS (newest version)

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

  • Multiple logins on iPad and iPhone (latest model) did not work:
  • “Request failed: internal server error (500)”

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Delete app
  2. restart device
  3. load app from iOS store
  4. start app
  5. enter username/password
  6. error message “Request failed: internal server error (500)”
  7. mimimize app
  8. wait a few minutes
  9. Open app
  10. Asana app is opening but not loading content (screenshot). No new login request

Browser version:
newest iOS 15.4.1 on iPad Air 5th generation and iPhone 13 Pro

Hi @Stefan_Burmeister-Wi, this issue is related to Partial Asana Outage: May 16, 2022 - Asana not loading/saving actions on tasks so I’ve gone ahead and merged both threads. I’ll let you know once we have any updates. Apologies for any inconvenience.
