Paid seat member still sees 'trial' near their profile

I have added a member to one of our 10 paid seats but she still sees ‘trial’ on the top right corner near her profile. What is the solution?

Is your Asana space a paid organization?
Or do you have divisions or paid teams?

You may be in the second situation, and your colleague may have launch a trial on another team.
