My email trial ended, but my team is still using Asana. I need help.
Here is a little bit more explanation, as I noticed my request for help doesn’t explain much.
I’m very new to Asana, so I need help getting back to my team. We have a free account and all the members of my team have access to Asana except me. I got a message saying that my “trial has ended” and I didn’t know that I was on trial. The members of my team, still have access.
Could you please help with that?

Hi @Denise_Montero, welcome to our Asana Forum! If you are locked out of projects, it’s likely that they have some paid features active. In order to regain access, you’d need to remove any paid features from these projects. Please kindly submit a request to our Sales team via this link explaining this situation and they will be able to grant you a trial extension to help you remove the paid features and unlock your projects.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I’m pretty sure we don’t have any payments or have added any paid features, as we are using the Free version. What it concerns me, is that I was the only one with this problem.

Hi @Denise_Montero, although we don’t have access to account details here in the Forum, I believe your space is an organization with multiple teams. It’s possible that you had a free trial setup for your team only, so other members are not affected. These trials don’t require payment details and don’t convert into paid plans. But Sales will be able to assist you better, based on your account details.
