How to remove all paid features after free trial ends

I recently ended a free trial but got locked out of 3 of my projects as they ‘required the paid version’, I paid for 2 seats (only a single user) just to get back in and try to resolve this. I removed all the custom fields but clearly that wasn’t enough as when the paid for time ended I was back to be locked out.

Support hasn’t been very helpful as they just send me a list features to check - I’ve gone through these (I’m on a free 14 day trial) as I can see some of them in my account (TIMELINE / WORKFLOW / PROJECTS) but cant see any obvious way to ‘switch them off’

I just want to get back to the free version and have access to my projects.

Any help much appreciated!

Hi @Jamie24 , welcome to the forum :waving_hand:

It’s not clear from your post whether Asana’s support mentioned this already but for what it’s worth, did you click on the Customize button in the top right corner and check that you have removed/deleted all Fields, Rules, Forms, Task templates etc.? (those are all paid features)
