Removing Pre-Selected Custom Fields to Re-Access my Projects

We recently ended our free trial, and so we lost access to custom fields in our projects.

However, Asana have pre-selected 2 custom fields, “priority” and “status” and it is impossible to turn them off.

And so currently I am sitting without access to my Projects.

I have sent Asana 2 support requests. How do I escalate this matter? This is urgent

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the end of your trial. Support is currently experiencing a backlog, and unfortunately, responding to or adding to your ticket moves it to the end of the queue. I recommend requesting an extension of your trial so you can remove those fields. You can contact the sales team using this form.

Hi @Vee_Kesar, welcome to our Forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. @Jeremy_Long is correct, to remove the paid features, you’ll need a trial extension.
