We just ended the free trial. We only added 1 custom field as part of the trial. We don’t need it and want to continue using free tier Asana after the trial.
We are currently blocked from using any of our Asana projects after the trial ended since the custom field exists in our projects. Tried using the support page but after 10+ tries I’m unable to open the support page or find any way to contact support hence posting here.
Can you remove the custom field ‘Effort’ and allow us to continue using Asana as before?
This is really bad practice to block all data and not provide a way to remove custom fields either to we can go back to using the free tier.
If you want it work this way then make it very clear upfront that one cannot go back to using the projects after the trial ends.
This is not good and didn’t expect this from Asana.
