Looked out of all Projects

I have downgraded to the free plan and am now locked out of all my projects.
Apparently Asana is not automatically removing features - but I have to do it myself before the downgrade and not just remove it from the projects but completely delete it from the library too.

I contacted support and they said they can’t help me and to contact sales to get a free trial so I can remove the paid features.

I did this 3 days ago, but nobody contacted me - and I don’t have any hope of them ever contacting me because I contacted them (via their form) 3x in the last 3 month - asking them to contact me - but they never did (and yes - I get ALL emails from Asana).

Anybody knows of any other way to get this resolved?

Solved - I found out that when I login and go to custom fields it tells me it’s a paid feature and I can get started for free - basically get a 14 day trial.
