For the past few users we have been having a constant issue where a user accepts and invite to our Division, but is greeted with the message they are on a trial each time. When I check their status they are assigned to a team and their access should be all set, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this?

Is it possible you upgraded a team to a paid plan rather than the entire workspace?
If the user is not a member of a team which has been added to your Division, this could happen.
If that’s not the case, I recommend you contact support@asana.com for help.
