Overall calendar view across projects disappeared with most recent update.

As recently as yesterday, 10/19/23, I was able to use an overall calendar view to view the tasks and subtasks for each of my projects. However today, 10/120/23, there seems to no longer be an overall calendar view supported. Likewise, the individual projects are only showing the top-level tasks, not the subtasks like before. Please advise how to address the recent change and how I can be able to utilize an overall calendar view to manage my many projects.

Thanks in advance,
Iszy

Welcome, @Iszy_Hirschtritt_Lic,

Is there any chance you have just reached over 100 projects in your team? There’s a limit of 100 projects in order to see the Teams > Calendar tab.

If not, try these troubleshooting steps, then please 1) Report your problem by going to Report a Bug, clicking the New Topic button at the right, and following the instructions, or 2) To create a support ticket, go to Asana Support - Help Center • Asana (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”

Re your unrelated question, please open that in a new topic (but I know of no change in Asana that would explain that so perhaps double check your sorts, filters, etc.).

Thanks,

Larry

I’m experiencing the same issue and I only have 10 projects. I can no longer see the overall calendar view for my projects in browser or in the Asana desktop app.

That is closer to my situation. I have 19 projects in my system.

@Iszy_Hirschtritt_Lic and @Christina_Papianou,

Could one of you create a new topic in Report a Bug and link to this thread?

Whoops, I see @Christina_Papianou has done this.

Hi @Iszy_Hirschtritt_Lic, welcome to our Community Forum, and sorry for the trouble. Christina let me know that everything has gone back to normal on their end. Can you confirm if you are still running into this issue?
