Hi
Create Asana task from email quite often stays hanging. Occasionally it works and I still did not manage to understand what is going wrong.
Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue! Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the add-on?
If this doesn’t help can you please confirm if this is happening on the web or desktop outlook app? Can you also confirm which version of the Outlook add-in you are using?
