Integrating outlook and asana not working anymore

Hi Everyone,
Since one week, something like that, The creating and adding task on outlook.

When I want to create the task, it says in french ( Impossible de créer la tâche. Souhaitez-vous réessayer ?)

I tryed :

  • Uninstalling totally and reinstalling it
  • uninstalling for 15-20 minutes and reinstalling (and login in back)
  • On another pc

The email I use is an exchange e-mail. I tryed on outlook 2016 on both pc/windows 10

I searched on this forum but no one seems to have the answer/problem

Thank you for your answer.

The problem is not from asana itself on a browser.
Has I said, this was on outlook 2016 the program :slight_smile:

Asana works perfectly for me but just wanted to be again able to add my mails as task :slight_smile:

Hi @Philippe_Everaert, thanks for getting back to me :slight_smile: I would suggest updating your Outlook to the latest version also :slight_smile: Please let me know if this resolves the issue!
