Outlook app integration not working


I am trying to add the asana app to a shared outlook mailbox but when I select “add” I receive the error message, “Sorry, we can’t complete this operation right now. Please try again later.” Curious if anyone has encountered this issue and how they resolved it.

Hi @Keil_Corey, sorry to hear about this trouble. Is the issue impacting more people in your space? Can you share a screenshot of the error message? We would need to verify if the error message comes from Asana or if it is occurring in Microsoft Marketplace.
