I have a team member getting bombarded with email notifications all day long and we can’t figure out how to make them stop. I have sent him the link to the other forum post about this, I have checked the Asana boards to make sure he wasn’t an owner, he’s unchecked all of his notification boxes, etc.
He gets notifications from tasks he’s not a collaborator on, we’re not using a template he’s created as he’s relatively new to the organization, and he’s getting a little desperate. We’re all worried that he’s going to miss important tasks because real notifications are getting lost in the mix.
Please help! I can have him reach out to someone personally, if we can schedule a quick chat.
