Two of my colleagues have been adding tasks to a project within certain sections but they have not been receiving notifications. We checked the project notification section and all the tick-boxes are marked. I also checked the user’s top level notification settings and all the boxes are ticked.
I need to troubleshoot this to workout why they are not receiving notifications.

You will not receive notifications with changes (adding tasks, commenting etc) made by yourself.
It’s weird. Are you talking about Asana’s inbox notifications or browser notifications?
Asana notifications - either by email or within the app.
Probably you have reach support team to check it out.
