Hi, I have all the right settings but and not receiving email notifications of new tasks or any of the desired notifications that I set up. A colleague created a test task and that didn’t work either. Tried toggling settings on and off. Logged in and out. Reinstalled the desktop app. Made no difference. Any tips? I’ve also submitted a support ticket into the black hole of Asana’s support system.

That must be frustrating. I take it notifications didn’t end up in your spam filter somewhere? Or maybe your company IT has changed email settings?
Asana support might take a while, but you can trust them responding.
Thanks! Nothing in spam, and only one other person was having the issue. I suspect a bug.
