not able to connect, password reset NOT working

For unknown reasons, in the last days I am NOT able to access the tasks in Asana. I have tried multiple times, the site continually buffers. I took my laptop to local computer shop here in France and they said there was a “bug”, could not help. Password reset NOT activating.
