Several of my team members are unable to access our shared workspace, due to Asana repeatedly telling them that their username or password is incorrect.
When they try to reset their passwords, the password reset email doesn’t work; they’ve then contact support to reset the passwords, but that appears to be only a temporary fix. After logging in, their session then times out, and they are once again unable to login even with the new password. We have three team members having the exact same problem, and so far we haven’t been able to consistently get them access to Asana.
The same issue has existed across multiple browsers, computers and locations.
