I have a team member that had to reboot her desktop computer at home and when she tried to log back into Asana, it sent a message that her password did not work. When she tried to reset her password it said it was already in use and would not let her change it. She is able to use Asana via her mobile phone with the original password, but cannot access everything that is needed and really needs to use the her desktop to work. How can we fix this issue and not lose any of her information already in Asana?
