Password Recovery for new account

I’ve shared a Project with one of my collegues that didn’t have an Asana account
Now Asana is asking him to reset his password, but the system ask him to insert his old password, but he doesn’t have any old password since he didn’t have any account.

What he can do in order to use Asana with his email address?
