We have a new member that is having trouble setting up his 2FA. He was a previous Asana user and when he tries to set up the new instance of Asana on his phone, it wants to use his previous password from his phone, but there is nothing there for a password anymore. This will not allow him to proceed with setting up 2FA, which we require. Any thoughts?
Thinking he might need to use a different authentication app, but wanted to be sure.

Maybe the Admin console can help with this. Under Members >
… > Security
you can reset a users password.
If that doesn’t help it’s probably best to contact Support.
