We completed one year non profit subscription and are renewing for another year. When I go to the billing page to renew, the non profit discount is not visible or applying to the annual rate. Our team has been without access to Asana for two days now, no response from submission of chat support ticket and no response to my emails requesting urgent help. I donʻt want to purchase the one year at full rate because last year Asana customer service told us we were unable to correct the charges until we renew. it has been frustrating not having access and no customer service response or help. We have a non profit coupon from last year that is supposed to carryover with each renewal. Help please!

You’re best bet is to wait for the support ticket to respond. But it may be worth to also try emailing ar@asana.com which is for invoicing inquiries - they may respond faster.
Also pinging the @Forum-team who may be able to check on your ticket internally.
