Renewal at the lower tier after renewal date

Hi everyone,

We’re a nonprofit organization using Asana and had planned to renew at the 15-member level with the nonprofit discount. However, we missed the renewal date and are now being asked to pay the full annual price at our current 25-member level before making any changes.

The challenge is that Asana does not offer refunds—only credits on the account. We want to adjust our member count to 15 before paying for a full year at the higher level. Has anyone successfully navigated a situation like this? Any suggestions on how to work with Asana support to adjust the renewal terms without prepaying for extra seats we don’t need?
