I have tried changing my asana membership last month in the admin console>billing. It allows me to make the change and says it has been successful but it does not actually change. I have tried reaching out to support but with no luck on a reply, its quite sad how we spend $250 dollars on multiple organization subscriptions but can not get help when it is needed.

Did you receive a confirmation email that a support ticket was opened?
And when did you create the ticket and receive confirmation? Sometimes support is backed up and it can take several days to a week for a response.
