I am trying to change our Billing Owner in Asana. Our current Billing Owner has left the firm. I put in a support ticket about a week ago, and have not heard back from Asana Support. Does anyone know how to change the Billing Owner?

Waiting at least a week is not surprising, you need to wait a bit longer. Don’t message support again in the upcoming days, otherwise your request will be pushed at the bottom of the pile…
