Like the title says, I have people who have signed up on Asana independently then what it is being used for. Therefore, I created a team of 2 that need to use it for a specific purpose. I only paid for 2 seats and now it says I’m over the seat limit. I don’t want the starter plan to be in effect for all members of my organization. I’ve tried following various instructions and I have reached out to sales and support with no response. Our organization only budgeted for 2 seats.
Asana Support is currently backed up and your request should be addressed in order, assuming you followed one of the temporary steps below:
Sales would normally be able to help you too with this; perhaps try them again (but don’t do the same with Support; you’ll lose your spot in the queue).
